Remarks
I dont have much to say about this one...same thing with drum notation as on the previous two. Im really proud of this particular arrangement because of my grasp on the harmony, multi-voice, and accompanyment. Let me know what you think!

Alright, that's enough! This is the most boring trombone part I have ever seen. The thing you need to learn most about arranging for this band is to distribute and redistribute the bass line, vocals, guitar, other parts until everyone has a shot at some sort of melody and some sort of accompaniment at different points in the song. This saves your players from the tedium of playing the same background part for 2+ minutes and also allows for timbral and dynamic contrast. It also lets some of the players rest, especially flutes and other woodwinds. Don't give sousaphones the same types of rests though.

Also take a look at drum parts by other arrangers for some advice on how to write them. Getting advice from a drummer is nice but you should really take the time to coordinate your own drum part with your arrangement. There are a few stock drum patterns that will assist the drummers in negotiating your part in a short time which is a huge consideration when introducing a new arrangement.

Ok...I can do all of that. I'll try to distribute everything, but with my few months here, I havent heard the trombones have any sort of melody except for on EE...so my bad *feels bad* As for the drum parts, I asked a drummer to help me out, and it fell through, so I am very dedicated to writing my own drum parts. Now that i know how to notate drum parts properly, and that I have to distribute parts, I will do this in...hmm version like 1.2ish or something. Ill do this for all of my songs, because I had a set pattern of having low instruments on bass, mid range instruments on guitar, and high instruments on voice. Ill try my best, but i dont promise anything...and thats essentially why i am doing this: to get practice. Lets see what happens on version 1.2 of my arrangements. Thanks for the advice, except it seemed like an attack more than anything...*nervous*
