Magic Cookie Bars
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
9 large (all four sections) Graham Crackers
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1-1.75 cups chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups coconut flakes
1 entire can (15 oz.) of sweetened & condensed milk
Directions: Just melt the butter in the oven in the 9x13x2 metal or glass pan while it's preheating while you get the rest of the stuff ready. Don't forget to take the butter out or it'll burn! While butter's melting, put the graham crackers in a ziplock freezer bag and mash/crush with a rolling pin (seems to work best). As soon as you take the butter out pour the graham cracker crumbs into the pan and spread the crumb butter mixture evenly mashing it down with a fork. Then, pour the finely chopped walnuts (I usually use a nut grinder while the butter's still melting) onto the crumb base and spread it around as best you can with fingers. Then layer the chocolate chips on top of that (recipe says 1 cup but I usually use almost 2 cups) in the same manner. Then layer the coconut flakes in the same manner and finally pour the entire can of sweetened & condensed milk on top as evenly as possible. Then bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool 15 minutes and enjoy.
